Shasta District Fairground is host to fun and informative events throughout the year. Civic groups, clubs, trade shows and private gatherings find the fairgrounds a great place to put on their events. 6th Annual LOVE YOUR PET EXPO A Pet-Friendly Event.

Features a pet parade with pet costumes optional, free goodie bag, barbecue, demonstrations, crafts, contests, free samples, exhibits, auction, booths and games. Pet adoptions and information, heartworm testing, vaccines, toenail trimming and AKC Good Citizenship testing available. Proceeds benefit five local animal rescue organizations. Alan Jackson to headline first ever Jukebox Music Festival

Taking place July 20-22 at the Shasta District Fairgrounds in Anderson, Calif., the Jukebox Music Festival’s inaugural lineup includes Kellie Pickler, Joe Nichols, Ricky Skaggs, Pam Tillis, Mark Chesnutt, Daryl Singletary and Asleep At The Wheel.
This is exciting news for country fans, who most of the time have to travel to Sacramento for big name country talent.

Don Kuss and the California Cushman Club present the 12th annual State Meet Sept. 16-21

What started 12 years ago as a gathering of five Cushman scooter owners at a small overnight RV park has grown to more than 70 scooter owners from throughout the United States.

In addition to the gathering, event participants will play scooter games and go on scooter rides to places of interest such as Lassen Volcanic National Park, Whiskeytown National Recreation Area and the City of Mount Shasta.
