About Us

The Shasta District Fairgrounds are located in Anderson, California at the corner of Hwy 273 and Briggs Street.  Situated on 65 acres, featuring over 50,000 square feet of exhibit space in a park like setting.  The Shasta District Fairgrounds has 3 large parking lots to accommodate 2,500 cars. 

The Shasta District Fairgrounds is the home of the annual Shasta District Fair held each year the 3rd week in June. The Fair draws over 105,000 people during the 5-day event, the largest event in Shasta County.  The Fair features livestock exhibits, arts & crafts, a carnival, entertainment, food and drink.

The Shasta District Satellite Wagering Facility is located on the fairgrounds.  Satellite Horse Racing is featured year round in a climate controlled, no smoking facility.  For Satellite Wagering information, please phone (530) 378-6787.

The Shasta District Fair owns and operates the Shasta Raceway Park featuring stock car racing on our newly enlarged 3/8 mile track from March to October.
