We get a lot of questions about the fair and the facilities here at the Shasta District Fair.  We’ve listed some of the most common questions we hear and given the answers.




Where are the Shasta District Fairgrounds?

The Shasta District Fairgrounds are located at 1890 Briggs Street in Anderson, California 96007.

How do I enter my 4H project into the next fair?

Click on ‘Forms’ on the main menu and find  the exhibit category you are looking for. You can read and print out the rules and application form for your category.

What other activities are held at the Fairgrounds each year?

Numerous fundraising events are held throughout the year including the Anderson Rotary hosts a Crab Feed in January, a Wild Game feed in March and a Lobster Feed in November. The Shasta Women’s Refuge hosts a Crab Feed in February and the West Valley Football Foundation hosts a Tri-tip & Crab Feed in April. There is a variety of other events held at the fairgrounds annually. Please be sure to check our calendar for a full list of events.

Does the fairgrounds provide catering services for events held in their facilities?

No, but you may provide the caterer of your choice.

When is the Sport Show?

The Nor Cal Sport, Boat & RV show is the first weekend in March.

When is the Home Show?

We have a home show in March & in October.

When is the Logging Conference 2013?

The Logging Conference is in February.
